By placing an order for any of our products you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not order any product.
Whilst we have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained within these pages is accurate and current, we do not accept any liability for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to add, amend or delete information from this site at any time. You are advised to contact us for verification should you wish to rely on any information.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service at the best price anywhere. From time-to-time, prices of products found on our website, may differ in price compared to products found in store. These prices apply to our online retail and our high street retail separately. Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Under the Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.Item/s must be returned in the original packaging, unused and unopened within 14 days of notification to cancel. The goods are to be returned at the customer's expense. Proof of postage will be required as Veloracycle is unable to accept liability for loss or damage whilst in transit back to us.Your refund will be done with 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
All items must be returned in the same condition as received, together with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and reusable condition.Refunds will not be done until the goods are received and inspected.
Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which may set out additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
Price or Description Errors
In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to correct that price or description and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. We will cancel your Order and you will be refunded in full.
We undertake to observe fully the terms of any warranty (whether statutory or otherwise) applicable to the products supplied by us to you.If the product does not conform to the contract of sale at the time of delivery to you, you have the right,to require us to reduce the purchase price of the product by an appropriate amount,or to require us to cancel the contract,to require us to repair the product,to replace the product.
To maintain your warranty it is essential that you bring your bike back to us for a 6 week service. This service is FREE with all products bought from us. This is because in the first weeks of riding components are likely to loosen and fall into place. Experts from our store will fully check the bike and sign your manual as proof this has been undertaken.

By submitting your information you agree to disclosing it and the information in it to Veloracycle . You also agree to Veloracycle using and sharing your information in the following ways. Veloracycle will use your information in connection with the administration of our Veloracycle Scheme and the supply of cycle equipment under it. Veloracycle may disclose your information:
where it is required to or allowed to do so by law;
to a lease provider, where one is used;
to the manufacturer or other person who supplies the equipment and to the provider of any maintenance or support services in relation to it.You have a right to receive details of certain information. Veloracycle may wish to contact you from time to time with information about products and services that it or other business may offer.

If you have a complaint
Veloracycle operate an “open-phone line” policy. Staff at all levels are available to provide customer support and advice. However, the vast majority of complaints are brought to a satisfactory conclusion without the need for escalation procedures to be implemented.
Although Veloracycle may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, Veloracycle is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Veloracycle. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
